Originally from PEI, Mallory has spent the last decade living in Ontario and Alberta before recently returning “home.” She brings with her extensive experience in CranioSacral Therapy, Somatic Breathwork and preventative oral health.

Seeking a meaningful change and feeling a strong pull to shift direction from her traditional healthcare career, Mallory was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy at just the right moment. As it continued to appear in her life, she felt compelled to follow that path. Over the past five years, she has immersed herself in the study of CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release, eventually growing into a teaching assistant role with the Upledger Institute. She later found Somatic Breathwork through Soma+IQ which translated into another avenue of support and expression for herself and her clients.

Mallory’s main focus in her professional and personal life is preventative health and optimal wellness. She lives from a place where energy and science can and do co-exist. She is passionate about the body-mind connection and trusting that no one system ever functions alone. She feels that’s where we often get lost. What if our goal was giving the body the right conditions to self correct instead of digging for a diagnosis? The quieter we become as we shift into stillness, the more we are able to hear.
